About

One team accountable for the whole property

Nexus Management Group brings security, cleaning and property maintenance under a single provider — so the standard is consistent and there is one person to call when something needs attention.

What we do

Nexus Management Group Pty Ltd (ACN 700 779 264), trading as Nexus Management Group, provides security, cleaning and property maintenance services across the Sydney metropolitan area. We work with commercial property managers, strata managers, construction companies, retail and industrial operators — and with homeowners, landlords and residential complexes.

Most properties need all three of these services anyway. Sourcing them separately means three contracts, three invoices and three account managers, and gaps between them whenever something falls in between. Running them as one program removes that overhead.

Services can be engaged individually or combined under a single agreement, scaled from a single site to a property portfolio.

How we work

What engaging NMG actually looks like

The practical detail that matters when you're handing a property to a provider.

Site-specific procedures

Each site gets its own scope and instructions, agreed with whoever manages the property, rather than a generic checklist applied everywhere.

Consistent standards across visits

The same standard applies whether a site is attended by a guard, a cleaner, or a maintenance technician, so results don't vary by who is rostered.

One point of contact

Scheduling, issues, and changes go through a single contact, instead of chasing three separate providers for one property.

Reporting you can pass on

Visit and incident records are kept in a form that can be handed to an owner, a committee, or a client without being rewritten first.

Induction and site access

Staff are briefed on access, keys, alarm procedures, and any site-specific induction requirements before attending.

Trade coordination

Work that requires a licensed trade is arranged with an appropriately licensed tradesperson rather than attempted in-house.
